Is
there a process for determining a time standard percentage on client related
time or is it an agency decision?
We
are looking for a written procedure or cheat sheet for new staff training and
for refresher training for current staff. Would anyone have one they
would be willing to share?
How
does your Agency define 100% time reporting?
What
is your process for non program related time? Do you distribute this to
your social worker staff?
In
your opinion is it better to be a 100% Time Reporting or Direct Service
Agency? Why?
Do
you utilize a training checklist for your training your new social workers?
I
have found good information from the counties who have shared information in
the packets that Julie disbursed. Thank you all for sharing with us what
works for your Agency.
