Does
anyone’s county use OPENGOV? My director is asking about it and I looked
on their website at the products.
I’m
wondering if you do use it, where do you see it being beneficial and time
saving? We are a very small county, but are very open to making changes
that will make our workflow better and quicker.

Anoka County is going to be moving to OpenGov for the 2019 budget, I will pass your info to the budget director if you would like.
Wright County has been using OpenGov for about 2 years. While the system is actually pretty easy to use and our rep has been very helpful, it's been difficult for us to commit the time to convert our existing IFS reports to OpenGov. Recently we have a new Fiscal Officer in the Auditor/Treasurers Office that came from Stearns County. He has been instrumental is creating more reports for us since he used it in Stearns. When we watched a demo, I believe St. Louis County is using it too. You're welcome to give us a call if you'd like more info. ~Christine Partlow
