What is the job title for the person doing these collections ?

Itasca County does not have a Collections Officer. We have a Fraud Officer to handle fraud aspects, but the other duties you listed are taken care of by an Accounting Technician. All of us Acct Techs and our Fraud Officer report to our Business Division Manager, who reports to the HHS Director.

In St Louis County: We do not have a collections officer. We have information specialist 3's (clerical) that do the MA Estate Recoveries, Overpayments, and Collections. The Estate Recoveries position is supervised by an Administrative Assistant in PHHS and the other collections are supervised by a fiscal manager in the auditor's office.

They are within the Child Support, Fraud & Investigation Unit and report to our Collections Services Supervisor II. I will email you the position description, as I am not sure how to attach it to this blog...
