Procurement checklist

I have a question for the AMSSA Blog. I am wondering if anyone has a job description for position handling procurement.

Also, I thought at the meeting someone mentioned there was a procurement checklist on the website, where is that list located?

At Benton County we are receiving requests from vendors to submit electronic invoices.  Does anyone have a county policy on electronic invoices/electronic signatures?
