I am a fiscal manager in Hennepin
County and looking to see if any other counties are using Debit cards in place
of issuing checks to the clients.
We are looking into this option
using US Bank but looking to see what other counties are doing? Do they
issue them for all client services where county funds are used?

We have had initial discussions on this as well. Not sure if we will go with Debit Card or Stored-Value Card.
Would be interested in how you are progressing. We will likely not tackle this project until 2020.
