What information; IFS printouts, etc does your county provide to the County Board for their approval of expenses?

Do you provide client names and description or just a summary of program expenses?

Is there a step by step process that other counties have that involves giving parents opportunities to sign forms that would determine IVE eligibility for their child in placement?  We have many parents who are non-compliant so the IVE determination is either done months after placement, or sometimes not at all. If with court ordering parents to complete the paper work they do not do so. Can a Social Worker sign the forms if we have attempted multiple times and documented that parents have been non-compliant?

Billing for IT costs

7-3-18

I would like to know how counties handle IT costs.  Do you get billed for county IT staff or do you have your own IT staff or do you contract with an outside vendor?  If you get billed, do you get an hourly bill, pay a monthly/quarterly fee or something else?  Do you receive an itemized bill?  And any other information that might be useful on this subject.
