I’m wondering how counties are handling their payments to
their FC providers during the transfer to Kinship?
It seems like there has been a lag in getting payments
started at the State level?

In Aitkin, we pay Foster Care until custody is transferred. When we receive the official date from the court, we discontinue County payments.
