Grant County just updated ours for FY 2019. This was mostly to give us more leeway and less requirements for the micro purchases. Our policy is countywide. I know that OSA said that we could have updated our policy and noted it to be retroactive to the effective date of the changes, however... I was already on the list for single audits and audit findings related to procurement, so we opted to just start fresh with the beginning of the year.
