Looking for counties that have an email retention policy. Do you have an issues with it? Are some too restrictive? Do you have items that are automatically deleted from your email by the policy and has it created issues?

At Olmsted, we can save emails in Personal Folders which can be saved onto our secure, personal-access-only network drives. I can save anything I need there, or I can just drag and drop the email files into a folder anywhere on one of our network drives.
