We are exploring different systems to use for employee reimbursements (i.e. mileage) that would eliminate the need for paper forms. One we looked into was called eReimburse but we don't have enough information on it.

Anoka County is in the process of implementing Concur to do exactly what you indicated. We are also automating our Pcard process through the same product. Call me if you would like more info 763-324-1703
